Due to current construction, I recommend accessing the parking lot from Valleywood Lane. The building has a sign reading Lotus Plaza out front and is in the second row of buildings back from W. Centre Ave. The entrance faces south, away from W Centre Ave.
You can enter through the main door of the building to access the main lobby. There is also a ramp directly to the second floor. There is a small waiting room available on the second floor near the stairs.
