Professional Background

I hold a Master of Social Work from Western Michigan University, where I focused on mindfulness, holistic health, and body‑based therapeutic approaches. Since graduating, I have pursued additional training in ACT, IFS, DBT, EMDR, ERP, and PE to tailor treatment to each client's needs.

I am a member of the National Association of Social Workers (NASW).

Core Values in Clinical Practice

My goal as a therapist is to create a safe, supportive space where you feel empowered to do the challenging work of therapy. I know that self-exploration takes courage and am honored to be in this trusted role. While I bring experience and training to this collaborative process, I trust you to be the expert on your own experience and what works well for you.

I bring warmth, curiosity, and humor to help you ask the questions that matter and explore new perspectives. I value vulnerability, transparency, and authenticity in my life and bring these values into our work together.
